Use up your baking items!
Today I made mini fruit balls. I made the Cranberry balls and Apricot balls from The Road to Loving My Thermomix (I used the food processor instructions).
I also made Cut Out The Crap's 'Kids Healthy School Balls - Nut Free'
and
GnomeAngel's Healthy Fruit Slice, except I used brown sugar (1/2 cup instead of the recommended 3/4 cup), left out the nuts (so I can send them to our nut-free-policy school) and then also forgot the coconut. They should taste ok though.
