Mongolian Lamb


Ingredients 
500g lamb strips
1 packet Mongolian Lamb Sauce mix
4 green shallots
1 red capsicum
1 green capsicum
1 large onion
2 long red chillies
2 tbls sesame seeds
Cooked rice, to serve

Method
Slice onion and add to the base of the Stack Cooker with 2 tbls oil
Cook on high (800W) uncovered for 3 minutes
Add lamb & sliced chillies and microwave on high (800W) covered for 4 minutes
Add Sliced capsicums and sauce mix and stir well
Cook on high (800W) covered for 6 minutes
Allow to stand for 5 mins 
Serve with rice and sprinkle over sesame seeds and sliced shallots
